Elaine is a South African born painter and sculptor, now residing in forested foothills below Mount Wellington and above Hobart in Tasmania, Australia. Her art is inspired by the unique landscapes, flora and fauna of Southern Africa and Australia, lands that once formed the prehistoric continent of Gondwana together and remains to this day connected through their related biodiversity.
Elaine graduated from the University of Tasmania where she earned her Masters of Fine Arts.
